Make `blackbox_initialize` include `.blackbox/.gitattributes` when
creating a new repository.

Update zgen reference to zgenom ( #350 )
...
zgen hasn't had an update in three years. zgenom is a fork that is
actively maintained.
Update the zgen reference to use zgenom instead.
